The PMI Switzerland Chapter invites all its members and all interested Project Management Professionals to the Virtual Annual Members Meeting 2022.
Unfortunately, the global pandemic has once again put a spanner in the works of our planned on-site event.
To ensure that our guests and we are not exposed to any unnecessary risk of infection, we have decided with a heavy heart to hold the event as an online event.
However, we will make our program all the more exciting.
- First, we present an entertaining overview of the difficult past year, as well as a brief outlook for the coming year.
- Then our guest speakers Michelle Wang and Florian Hochenrieder will inspire and guide us to successfully lead ourselves and our teams through the tough and uncertain future.

Keynote: Impact Warrior Excellence - How to master tough times!
Impact Warrior Excellence aims at enabling and inspiring project leaders and experts to master tough times and to lead themselves and their teams into the digital future.
The speech audience will discover valuable insights and examples on six main pillars of excellence and impact for their practice: always with an extra spice of warrior mindset.
The focus will be on three pillars of Clarity, Courage and Collaboration, for example:
- How do you bring your project vision or personal mission successfully to action?
- How do you become the creator of your environment with a bold warrior spirit?
- What makes the difference between world-class teams and their unique collaboration?
Additional nuggets on Consequence, Concentration and Combat Spirit are included:
- Why is it important to consistently measure what measures? And how to do it?
- How do you combine your resources and forces very effectively and efficiently?
- What role does the ancient Art of War and Strategy play in excellent projects?
