Workshop description
Due to the turbulence created by Covid-19, we are all going through the same storm but on different boats. Many Project Managers, facing immense pressures from both their employer and the client side, all while battling great uncertainty of their future role, do not realize their unique position during this crisis. Being the intermediary, the glue, the connector, they are in power to reach everyone, internally within their organizations and externally within their clients, and make a true difference for all. For this to happen a different approach towards the PM role is needed.

Speaker Bios

Katerina Klezlova, was born in Czech Republic and spent the last 10 years working across Europe and internationally in the space of Business Development and Project Management for corporate, SME and startup clients. Katerina is a business development strategist, entrepreneur and business advisor with a passion for identifying sustainable and smart business growth and process optimization solutions, incorporating the importance of humanity and authenticity into the world of business. Currently, she is the COO of a new fintech business venture, Pepicon, aimed at digitalizing the inefficient fundraising process for unlisted companies while being a business advisor for her clients at Fortuny Consulting.

Anna Hakobyan, was born in Armenia and spent the last 20 years working across the world in New York, Montreal, Moscow, and currently Zürich. Along with her multinational corporation, startup, and UN agency experience, she also managed complex digital transformations for fortune 500 companies and secured strategic partnerships. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Master’s in Public Administration, and a PMP certification, she’s also a prolific networker. She is passionate about helping companies in various parts of the world scale their operations. Her current role at Pyxis is leading the North American operations, helping companies stay relevant in the rapidly changing world of technology.
